General Description

The AC current converter DAT5023IAC A is designed to detect the TRMS value of the AC current signal from 0-5A, and 0-10A applied on its input, providing a voltage or current output signal. The measuring cable carrying the current it inserted through the case of the AC Current converter. This current is detected by a current transducer and converted into an industry standard signal using the internal signal conditioner.
The user can program the output ranges by the DIP-switches which are located on the side of DAT5023IAC AC current converter.
The calibration can be adjusted with the use of the zero and span potentiometers located on the top of the device behind the protected window.
The DAT5023I AC provides on the output side an auxiliary power supply source to connect both active and passive loads.

The DAT5023IAC provides a power supply on the output side so both active and passive loads can be connected.
