General Description

The AC current transducer DAT5023IAC C is designed to detect the TRMS value of the AC current signal from 0-40A, 0-50A and 0-60A applied on its input, providing a voltage or current output signal.
The user can program the input and output ranges by the DIP-switches located on the side of device.
The regulation of Zero and Span values is made by the ZERO and SPAN potentiometers located on the top of the device.
The DAT5023I AC provides on the output side an auxiliary supply source to connect both active and passive loads.

The DAT5023IAC is accurate to 0.1% full scale and has less than 0.01%/°f thermal drift.
The 2000 Vac isolation between Input, power supply and output eliminates the effects of all ground loops and allows the use of the transducer in heavy environmental conditions found in industrial applications.
The DAT5023IAC provides a power supply on the output side so both active and passive loads can be connected.
The DAT5023IAC is in compliance with the standard 89/336/CEE on the Electromagnetic Compatibility.
The DAT5023IAC is housed in a plastic enclosure of 27.5 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards.
