General Description

The DAT3015-I Current to Modbus Converter is a 4-channel input module designed for acquiring current signals and transmitting them digitally over a Modbus network. It converts the analog current input into a precise 16-bit digital format for integration with PLCs, SCADA, and other Modbus master devices.

Each channel supports a full-scale input of –20 to +20 mA and can be programmed for 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA operation, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial transmitters and sensors.

Communication is available over RS-485 Modbus RTU, with an option for RS-232 Modbus ASCII format. The DAT3015-I is configured exclusively with the free DAT3000–10000 configuration software, which can be downloaded from our website, providing advanced setup and calibration functions.
