The DAT8148 is a 16-channel digital input to Modbus TCP converter, designed for reliable and efficient industrial data acquisition over Ethernet using 10/100Base-T communication. Each digital input recognizes an ON state at voltages above 10 V and an OFF state below 3 V, ensuring accurate detection of input signals. The device is engineered for robust performance in industrial environments, with inputs and power supply fully isolated from each other up to 1500 VAC for 1 minute. This high level of isolation protects both the converter and connected equipment from voltage spikes, electrical noise, and ground loops.
