General Description

The DAT1010-OEM is an OEM temperature transmitter in PCB format, designed for integration into compact enclosures and custom assemblies. It offers the same performance as a standard head-mounted transmitter but in a board-only format ideal for OEM applications.

The DAT1010-OEM accepts a variety of sensor inputs, including RTDs (Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000), millivolt signals (–100 mV to +700 mV, min span 2 mV), resistance inputs (0–200 Ω, 0–500 Ω, 0–2000 Ω), and potentiometers (0–200 Ω, 200–500 Ω, 500–2000 Ω). All input signals are measured, linearized, and converted to a 4–20 mA analog output, scaled according to industrial standards.

RTD and resistance inputs can be connected in 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire configurations, enabling compensation for lead resistance to ensure precise measurements. A programmable burnout failure alarm allows the output to be driven high (20 mA) or low (4 mA) in the event of sensor fault.

The transmitter can be pre-configured at the factory or configured by the user using Datapro software and the CVPROG programming interface. The DAT1010-OEM is a loop-powered (2-wire) device with a wide power supply range from 10 V to 32 VDC, making it suitable for flexible integration into customer-designed systems.
