General Description

The DAT5024P is a Programmable Trip Alarm with two Relays. The DAT5024P is Computer and DIP Switch Programmable and has a universal input. Being a universal input means that a single unit can be held as a spare unit and calibrated or configured for any input such as Thermocouple, RTD's, Resistance, mA, Voltage, and mV. The Output is two Relays.
The relays are single pole double throw (SPDT), and the contact rating is 2 Amp, 250 VAC, or 2 Amp, 30VDC. The hysteresis is programmable from 0.5% to 10% full scale and has a 1 to 25-second adjustable time delay. The trip level can be set anywhere from 2 % to 98% full scale.
The DAT5024P is programmable by DIP Switches or by a PC with the CVPROG cable. One or two relays can be used and can be set for High or Low settings, and both could be used for high high or low low. The output is isolated from the signal input and power supply with 1500 Vac.
