The DAT2015 is a 2-channel mA and Voltage input to Modbus RTU converter designed for high-accuracy acquisition of industrial analogue signals across an RS-485 network. Each input channel is galvanically isolated, supporting a wide range of process signals including 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, and ±10 V, ensuring compatibility with sensors, transmitters, and control equipment.
Communication is handled through the Modbus RTU or Modbus ASCII protocol, enabling seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. With 1000 Vac isolation between inputs, power supply, and communication lines, the module eliminates ground-loop issues and maintains stable operation even in electrically noisy environments.
The DAT2015 includes a Watch-Dog timer alarm for enhanced system safety, while front-panel LED indicators display power, communication status, and initialization conditions. The device can be remotely configured via RS-485, simplifying commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
Housed in a compact 1-module DIN rail enclosure made of self-extinguishing plastic, the DAT2015 is designed for long-term reliability and complies with EN-50022 mounting standards.
